We are asking all parents to get vetted so that we never have to cancel a session due to adult/child ratios. Please contact us for the form or download it here. Completed forms, along with the required documents, should be returned to any coach. 

Once you have been approved, if you are willing to help out with the club, your children will be accepted more quickly as spaces become available. If you would prefer not to volunteer, that's absolutely fine — just keep an eye on your emails, and we will contact you when a space becomes available.
